Here are the current issues and Solutions:
1. ISSUE: DNS has been changed on Both GOLD and PLATINUM Service
SOLUTION: Users Must Refresh the DNS in the WFTV App Watch the video and follow instructions.
2. ISSUE: ISP's are blocking some Services.
SOLUTION: To get around ISP Block Users Need to use a VPN If using the WFTV VPN Client make sure you have the Latest Version. The latest Version can be installed using the Unlinked app. When upgrading you will have to Login again.
For TV Boxes the Latest Version Looks like this:

Note the latest Version of the app does not support a mouse. So if using the FlyMouse Remote you will need to Turn Off the Pointer and use the arrow keys to navigate.
When using VPN you may have to try more than 1 server to find one that works well right now Chicago and Montreal are working well for most users.
3. Issue: Users don't remember Passwords
Solution: If WFTV has provided you a Login Via Email, Web Chat, or Telegram, or any other method it is the Users responsibility to save that login in a secure spot that they can retrieve if necessary. There will be a $10 service fee if we need to provide or reset passwords.
